From supplier file to channel feed
Accista handles both ends of the product data pipeline: importing messy files into structured products, and exporting clean, channel-ready feeds.
Import from CSV, Excel and supplier files
Every supplier sends product data differently: different column names, different units, different conventions. Accista is built to absorb that mess. Upload a CSV or Excel file, and Accista reads the structure and proposes how it maps to your product model.
AI field mapping
Instead of configuring import templates by hand, Accista's AI field mapping recognises what supplier columns mean — that "Art.nr" is a SKU, "Farve" is a colour, and "Vægt (kg)" needs a unit conversion. You confirm or adjust the mapping, and Accista remembers it for the next file from the same source.
- Column-to-attribute mapping suggested automatically.
- Value normalisation for units, formats and terminology.
- Duplicate detection against products already in your workspace.
- Reusable mappings per supplier, so repeat imports are one click.
Export feeds for every channel
Once product data is structured and approved, Accista publishes it in the shape each channel expects:
- Google Shopping — product feeds with the required and recommended attributes.
- Marketplaces — exports matched to marketplace category and attribute requirements.
- Webshops — structured files for your e-commerce platform's import format.
- Custom exports — CSV and Excel exports with the exact columns a partner asks for.
One source, many channels
The point of the pipeline is that you maintain product data once. When a description improves or an attribute is corrected, every export reflects it — no more fixing the same product in four different systems.
