Privacy & cookie policy

How we handle personal data and cookies on accista.com. Last updated: 12 July 2026.

Who we are

Accista is the data controller for personal data collected on this website. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at mvn@accista.com.

Contact form

When you submit the early access form, we collect your name, work email, company name and message. We use this information solely to respond to your request and manage early access onboarding.

The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as a data processor and forwards your submission by email. We keep your message as long as the dialogue about early access is relevant, after which it is deleted.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are visited, for how long, and roughly where visitors come from. This helps us improve the site.

Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

If you accept, the following cookies are set:

  • _ga — distinguishes visitors. Set by Google Analytics. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_* — maintains session state for Google Analytics. Expires after 2 years.

Regardless of your choice, we store your consent decision in your browser's local storage (key: cookie-consent) so we don't ask you again on every visit. This is strictly necessary and contains no personal data.

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC. Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides a legal basis for this transfer under GDPR.

Withdrawing your consent

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent, analytics cookies are deleted and no further data is sent to Google.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have incorrect data corrected.
  • Have your data deleted.
  • Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Denmark, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

To exercise any of these rights, email mvn@accista.com.
